Alfred A Hart 104 - Yuba River Above Cisco. Getting men and supplies up to where they were needed was a challenge for the railroad. The Dutch Flat Donner Lake Wagon Road was the solution. Rock walls were built and filled along the canyon where necessary. This section is just west of Big Bend and can still be walked today. Just past here, heading west, the road disappears into Interstate 80.
